Q: What makes Poster Room's art prints different from standard posters?

A: Our art prints are printed on thick, museum-quality archival matte paper that's noticeably heavier and more substantial than standard posters. Paired with gallery-grade inks, they produce rich, true-to-life colors and sharp detail that hold up beautifully for years to come.

Q: Do framed posters come ready to hang?

A: Yes, every framed piece arrives complete with a lightweight, shatterproof acrylic cover and hanging hardware included, so it's ready to display straight out of the box.

Q: Are the art prints custom made?

A: Yes. Every poster and framed art print is custom printed and made to order, so each piece is crafted individually with care rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Le Père Noël by Jean de Brunhoff is a beloved vintage illustration featuring Babar the elephant dressed as Santa Claus, rendered in the warm, rounded style that made de Brunhoff's children's book artwork iconic in the 1930s. The composition carries the gentle humour and soft warmth that define the original Babar books, with rich red seasonal tones and the kind of hand-drawn quality that feels genuinely nostalgic rather than manufactured. French text and classic holiday imagery combine to give the piece a quietly sophisticated charm that sets it apart from conventional Christmas decoration.

This print works especially well in spaces that lean toward eclectic, maximalist, or literary interiors where art with personality and history is valued. A reading room, hallway, or children's bedroom would suit it naturally during the festive season, though its storybook character makes it a year-round talking point in the right setting. The warm reds and creamy background tones pair comfortably with natural wood furniture, dark green textiles, or the kind of cosy layered décor associated with a well-loved home rather than a showroom.

Printed on premium 200 g/m2 FSC certified paper with a museum-quality matte finish, every detail of de Brunhoff's original linework comes through with sharp, faithful clarity. If you prefer a framed option, it's available with black, white, or natural pine wood framing and shatterproof plexiglass, arriving ready to hang.

Orders are printed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery typically arriving in 3 to 7 business days. Production is handled locally where possible, and tracking is included with every order. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and there are no customs or import fees in supported regions.
