We ship to most countries worldwide. We use a global network of local print facilities to ensure faster, eco-friendlier delivery.

Processing Times
All items are made to order.

  • Shipping Time: Varies by destination (see below)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 2–6 business days

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 2–6 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–8 business days

  • Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Eco-Friendly Local Fulfillment
To reduce carbon emissions and delivery times, our printing partner prints your order at the location nearest to your shipping address whenever possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Delays & Shipping Issues
Although we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us at contact@poster-room.com and we'll assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable) at contact@poster-room.com. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue.
