By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

Poster Room is an online store offering art prints. All products are printed on demand, based on customer orders. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices include VAT (where applicable). Payment can be made via the payment methods provided at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, a binding agreement between you and Poster Room Oy is created.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the EU and selected countries. Delivery times vary based on location. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout. Delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Poster Room. 

4. Right to Cancel & Returns

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@poster-room.com with your order details. Products must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation or return unless defective. You can read more about returns and refunds from our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@poster-room.com. Provide your order number and photos of the defect. We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data necessary to process your order and do not share your information with third parties, except for shipping and payment processing.

7. Liability

Poster Room is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be settled by the courts of Finland.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
