Q: What makes Poster Room's art prints different from standard posters?
A: Our art prints are printed on thick, museum-quality archival matte paper that's noticeably heavier and more substantial than standard posters. Paired with gallery-grade inks, they produce rich, true-to-life colors and sharp detail that hold up beautifully for years to come.
Q: Do framed posters come ready to hang?
A: Yes, every framed piece arrives complete with a lightweight, shatterproof acrylic cover and hanging hardware included, so it's ready to display straight out of the box.
Q: Are the art prints custom made?
A: Yes. Every poster and framed art print is custom printed and made to order, so each piece is crafted individually with care rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

La Plage de Saint-Clair is one of Henri-Edmond Cross's celebrated explorations of the Mediterranean coastline, painted in the luminous Neo-Impressionist technique he helped define alongside Paul Signac. Working in the South of France, Cross applied the Pointillist method with characteristic warmth, building shimmering light and colour through thousands of carefully placed dots of pure pigment. The result is a sun-drenched beach scene where the boundary between sea, sky, and shore dissolves into vibrating hues of blue, gold, and violet — a composition that feels less like a record of a place and more like the sensation of being bathed in afternoon light.
This kind of coastal, colour-saturated artwork lends itself naturally to rooms that favour warmth and openness. It sits beautifully in a living room or bedroom where a Mediterranean or Scandinavian-influenced palette is already at play, and its soft, diffused quality works particularly well against white walls or light wood furniture. The blues and warm ochres make it a considered choice for a bathroom, hallway, or reading corner where you want the atmosphere of light without bold graphic contrast.
Reproduced on premium 200 g/m2 FSC certified paper with a smooth matte finish, the print captures the subtle tonal gradations of Cross's Pointillist brushwork with high-resolution clarity. Framing is available in black, white, or natural pine wood with shatterproof plexiglass, supplied ready to hang.
