Q: What makes Poster Room's art prints different from standard posters?

A: Our art prints are printed on thick, museum-quality archival matte paper that's noticeably heavier and more substantial than standard posters. Paired with gallery-grade inks, they produce rich, true-to-life colors and sharp detail that hold up beautifully for years to come.

Q: Do framed posters come ready to hang?

A: Yes, every framed piece arrives complete with a lightweight, shatterproof acrylic cover and hanging hardware included, so it's ready to display straight out of the box.

Q: Are the art prints custom made?

A: Yes. Every poster and framed art print is custom printed and made to order, so each piece is crafted individually with care rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

The Contratto Ad Poster by Leonetto Cappiello is one of the most recognisable works from the golden age of European advertising art. Created in the early twentieth century, Cappiello's design showcases his signature approach: a vivid, theatrically posed figure set against a stark background, rendered in bold, expressive colours that command attention from across a room. The composition reflects the Art Nouveau and early modernist sensibility that made Cappiello the defining commercial artist of his era, fusing decorative flair with graphic immediacy in a way that feels as arresting today as it did when it first appeared on Parisian walls.

This poster suits spaces that welcome a sense of character and history. A home bar, dining room, or kitchen gains warmth and wit from its vintage graphic energy, while a study or creative studio benefits from the boldness of the composition. It pairs naturally with mid-century modern or eclectic interiors, sitting comfortably alongside warm wood tones, deep jewel colours, and an assortment of other framed prints in a gallery-wall arrangement.

Each print is produced on premium 200 g/m2 FSC certified paper with a museum-quality matte finish that eliminates glare and renders every line and colour field with crisp fidelity. Framing is available in black, white, or natural pine wood with shatterproof plexiglass, arriving ready to hang straight from the box.

Orders are printed and dispatched within one to two business days, with delivery typically arriving in three to seven business days. Production is handled locally wherever possible, keeping customs and import fees out of the picture for supported regions. Every order includes tracking, and a 30-day return policy is standard.
