Q: What makes Poster Room's art prints different from standard posters?
A: Our art prints are printed on thick, museum-quality archival matte paper that's noticeably heavier and more substantial than standard posters. Paired with gallery-grade inks, they produce rich, true-to-life colors and sharp detail that hold up beautifully for years to come.
Q: Do framed posters come ready to hang?
A: Yes, every framed piece arrives complete with a lightweight, shatterproof acrylic cover and hanging hardware included, so it's ready to display straight out of the box.
Q: Are the art prints custom made?
A: Yes. Every poster and framed art print is custom printed and made to order, so each piece is crafted individually with care rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

La Baie is one of Paul Signac's celebrated explorations of light and water, rendered in the meticulous dot-by-dot technique that defined the Neo-Impressionist movement he helped shape alongside Georges Seurat. Working with pure, unmixed colour applied in disciplined mosaic strokes, Signac built up a shimmering bay scene where sea, sky, and coastline dissolve into vibrating fields of pigment. The result is less a literal depiction of a harbour than a sensory experience of Mediterranean warmth — colour optically blending at a distance to produce luminosities no single mixed pigment could achieve. The palette typically ranges through deep cobalt and turquoise water tones against warm ochres and coral accents along the shore, with the surface alive and restless even in stillness.
This kind of work sits naturally in rooms that appreciate colour as atmosphere rather than decoration. A living room with white or neutral walls gives the optical mosaic the breathing space it needs to read at full effect, while a sun-facing study or creative workspace benefits from the painting's inherent energy. In terms of interior style, it bridges Scandinavian minimalism and eclectic or mid-century modern schemes equally well — the structured pointillist grid brings order, while the warm Mediterranean palette prevents the space from feeling cold. Rooms that already carry blues, teals, or warm sandy tones will find an instinctive harmony with this seascape print.
The reproduction is produced on premium 200 g/m2 FSC certified paper with a smooth matte finish, printed at high resolution to preserve the individual dot structure that makes pointillist work so demanding to reproduce faithfully. Framing options in black, white, or natural pine with shatterproof plexiglass are available if you want the piece ready to hang from the moment it arrives.
Orders are printed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery typically reaching you within 3 to 7 business days. Production happens locally wherever possible, which means no customs or import fees in most supported regions. Every order ships with tracking included, and a 30-day return policy covers your purchase.
