Q: What makes Poster Room's art prints different from standard posters?
A: Our art prints are printed on thick, museum-quality archival matte paper that's noticeably heavier and more substantial than standard posters. Paired with gallery-grade inks, they produce rich, true-to-life colors and sharp detail that hold up beautifully for years to come.
Q: Do framed posters come ready to hang?
A: Yes, every framed piece arrives complete with a lightweight, shatterproof acrylic cover and hanging hardware included, so it's ready to display straight out of the box.
Q: Are the art prints custom made?
A: Yes. Every poster and framed art print is custom printed and made to order, so each piece is crafted individually with care rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Black Frog No.2 by Matsumoto Hōji is a masterwork of economy and wit, rendered in bold black ink in the tradition of Japanese Ukiyo-e. Hōji, an Edo-period artist celebrated for his animal studies, captures a solitary frog with a posture that reads as equal parts dignified and cantankerous. The composition is spare: a single figure set against an open, neutral ground, anchored by a vermillion artist's seal that draws the eye and grounds the piece. That restraint is precisely what gives the image its power, letting the frog's character fill the silence around it.
This kind of monochrome ink work sits naturally in rooms that favour calm over clutter. A study or home office gains a quiet, contemplative presence from it; a bedroom benefits from its stillness; and in a hallway it becomes a small, unexpected moment that rewards a second look. In terms of interior style, it sits comfortably within Japandi, minimalist, and wabi-sabi-inspired spaces, and holds its own equally well against warmer, more eclectic surroundings where it can serve as a grounding counterpoint.
Each print is produced on premium 200 g/m2 FSC-certified paper with a museum-quality matte finish, and the high-resolution printing preserves every brushstroke and ink variation in the original. Optional framing is available in black, white, or natural pine wood with shatterproof plexiglass, supplied ready to hang straight out of the box.
Orders are printed and dispatched within one to two business days, with delivery typically arriving in three to seven business days. Production is handled locally wherever possible, and customers in supported regions pay no customs or import fees. Every order ships with full tracking, and a 30-day return policy covers you if anything isn't right.
